The Physique Challenge is a 12 week contest. Participants are challenged to make the biggest change to their physique, using only healthy methods. Judges are non-affiliates to the gym, and are given only a picture to make their assessments. It is just $85 to join. All particpants receive a free moisture wicking sports-teck T, and help getting started: sample meal plans, workouts and encouragement!
